ILC's GSA MOBIS
contract is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Labor Hour Indefinite Delivery
Indefinite Quantity contract with convenient task order options.
The contract is open to all federal government agencies worldwide.
Through our MOBIS contract we offer:
Consulting
Services (SIN 874-1)
ILC's main value is our passion for client results. Therefore, in
our approach to consultation services, we are passionate in understanding
our client's requirements and needs and actively customizing our
methodology to yield RESULTS within our client's environment and
situation. At the start of any engagement, we tailor our methodology
to meet our client's goals for the project. We work in cooperation
with our clients to determine their strengths and to identify improvement
opportunities that relate to the results they want to obtain. The
ILC methodological framework,
with the core of commitment to client requirements, needs, and results,
shows how the components of our methodology revolve around this
core. Finally, the overall methodology highlights our commitment
to a contextual approach that fits the surrounding organizational
setting, culture, values, and strategic vision.
Facilitation
Services (SIN 874-2)
ILC is committed to client results and will identify, in cooperation
with the client, the appropriate level of facilitation support needed.
Facilitation services often are provided in conjunction with the
above described SIN 874-1 consultation services. In addition, ILC
provides facilitators to conduct special meetings of work groups,
leaders, intra and inter agency collaboration and overall facilitation
support to agencies wanting to conduct a meeting with a neutral
facilitator. ILC's facilitators use problem solving tools and team
building techniques to help client agencies to reach decisions,
further understanding, and resolving issues or disputes. Our approach
is based on our knowledge of process engineering, project management
and people issues. To the extent possible, ILC facilitators obtain
background information and work on the assumption that we must understand
the needs of the clients and their context or background to help
facilitate successful accomplishments.
ILC also offers
in-depth courses on a customized basis to ensure that they meet
the needs of our customers. In depth versions of the standard courses
are tailored to address the unique situation and goals of the organization.
In addition,
an extensive selection of detailed modeling courses is available.
In-depth courses are delivered through a blend of instruction, consultation,
and facilitation. Customized courses and in-depth courses are available
using the SIN 874-1 consulting rates.
